What a suprise to see guests turn up while Kaikoura was in recovery mode. It was so lovely to meet you both and great to hear your positive comments about Kaikoura and Barnacle Bills as well. Hope to meet you both again one day. Take Care. Liz Beazley.

We had a fantastic stay here! It was peaceful with a lovely garden and outlook. Had everything we needed including wifi and fully equipped kitchen. A great place for couples and/or families to hang out away from the crowds. Thanks to host Liz for a wonderful weekend!

My wife and I and our 10 month old daughter stayed at The Cottage at Barnacle Bills for one night. Liz has made the accommodation very comfortable with great beds and comprehensive kitchen, as well as very useful and fast wifi which came in handy to do further research into our trip around the South Island. Unfortunately the weather couldn't...

Elizabeth was friendly , welcoming and full of useful local information. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The accommodation was warm and comfortable and provided us with everything that was needed. The garden at the back was a lovely bonus. Just wish we could've stayed longer.

Lovely setting, accommodations and host! Super clean as well 👍👍👍😃! Ask about the fabulous shoreline hike. Seals, cows, birds, whales and a magnificent sunrise. Nice locations for exploring the coast. Would love to stay here again if we are ever in the area.

Thanks for staying at Barnacle Bills. It was lovely to meet you all. I am pleased you got to walk the peninsula track. Well done for getting up to catch the beautiful sunrise that morning. The peninsula track is my favorite walk in Kaikoura. And it is a must do. Hope to see you all again one day soon.
