We had a family bereavement and needed last minute family accommodation in Greymouth. The hosts of the Gables were simply first class; in fact the duty manager was a caretaker host! We managed to secure a family unit, and were thoughtfully granted early access. The unit was spacious, wonderfully clean, and would perfectly suit a family of 4. Set to...

This is a quality motel style accommodation that was very well presented. The apartment style room had two bedrooms and a living/ kitchen area. The place was very lean and well kept. The manager was very friendly and helpful allowing us to book in a little early. We were in a back corner apartment away from the main road so...

Great place to stay if you a clean, tidy and well equipped room is needed. Friendly and very helpful host also. This was the second time my partner has stayed here and both of us were very pleased we chose this motel.

This well-presented motel was clean and comfortable with a well fitted accommodation. There was ample area inside but by no means spacious and it included hotplates as well as a microwave. It had 2 lounge chairs, a large bed which was comfortable. A good bathroom although toilet was a tight fit.

I received a very warm welcome on arrival and good advice on where to go for dinner. My room was modest but pleasant and everything I required. I would definitely stay there again. I did notice that the town was pretty much fully booked.

Really easy check in - we were given lots of local info and shown to our apartment by the owner. Located on the main street heading into the town centre - while not walking distance to centre, there is a supermarket & restaurant nearby. Room was spacious - there was a full lounge, galley kitchen and double bed in the...

This motel is starting to show its age, however the room was well appointed and the bed was comfortable. The location is off the beaten path and in a quiet area of town but close to shopping and restaurants.

We stayed here for one night, it is a very good place to stay clean and comfortable, very well equipped. There was a separate bedroom with a large double bed and a single in it. Free wifi and a short walk from a good pub/resturant The Buccleugh, as it was raining when we arrived this was very handy. The hosts...

One night stopover on the way south. Room was a good size, clean and comfortable, functional kitchenette and good bathroom with separate toilet, although the toilet access was very tight, shower pressure average too. Rooms are all located on ground level. Parking is reasonable but not allocated to specific units so it is a bit random where you park and...

One night stay. Faultlessly clean, modern, good bed. Managers really helpful. Clean & free BBQ facilities. Coin laundry onsite. Free wi-fi that actually worked was a bonus Handy to pub, supermarket. Mid range pricing, but is VALUE for the money. Would have liked to stay longer.
