We stayed for two nights with friends and our respective kids, 10 months, 2, and two 4 yr olds. We live in Singapore and the ability for the kids to roam free and interact with the animals was priceless. Accommodation is great and stars at night amazing. Highly recommend with Farmer Andrew and his family perfect hosts! Looking forward to...

Thanks so much for sharing your experience. It was great having your kids get so involved with the animal feeding and just soaking up being out in the open field with the sheep, alpacas, chickens etc. We're always thrilled to watch the little ones feel so at home with the farm environment. We're glad you were amazed at the stars....

My family and I stayed at Margaret River Hideaway & Farmstay from 23 to 25 Jan. The cottage itself is self sufficient with the basic amenities. Whatever extra you need, you can get it from the nearby Coles. The ultimate highlight is to experience the staying in a farm and getting close to the farm animals. We enjoyed the sheeps,...

We stayed here a few years ago when it was under different management but this time was just as great. We had a 2 bedroom superior cottage with our 6 year old daughter. Very clean and spacious. The bathroom is between the 2 bedrooms and accessible through both which was handy - like an ensuite for both rooms. Bathroom was...

We had such an enjoyable time at Margaret River Hideaway. Our family of 4 (two young kids 2 and 4) spent 4 days 3 nights at MR hideaway over the new year. The farm cottages are nicely spaced out so each unit has adequate privacy and space. The property is big (about 50 acres) and animals roam around freely (except...

The family had a fab four days here at Hideway. Andrew & Hanisi and are very welcoming, very friendly and very hands-on. This is the best farm stay we have been to. Margaret River Hideaway was the perfect retreat away from our usual frenetic life. Our two boys loved the location, adored the animals and enjoyed the freedom associated with the farm. Andrew and Hanisi are a true asset and went out of their way to welcome us and treat the boys as true members of their extended farm family.
