I've been here for 3 months and a half, I've loved my time and miss the place greatly. There's wi-fi, transportation to work, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms and the majority of the rooms are for 2 people and that's great for privacy, there are a few rooms that can host up to 4 people. The bed sheets are clean...

I've been here between October and December 2011 so things may be different now. Everything is potentially well organized: mini units of 2 rooms and a kitchen for 2-3 people each room, space for everybody to meet downstairs, big tables to eat all together, even a ping pong table for the free time. The problem is that is everything too...

When you go there to find work and to stay in a working hostel then you will be happy with the manager and the many nice people. They told me the manager is quite an honest person. I just went their to see one of the national parks around and for a tourist it is quite dirty and the kitchen...

I stayed in mildura international backpackers for nearly 8 month, I have been travelling for over 20 months now and have obviously stayed in a lot of hostels and can without a doubt say it's been the best I have stayed in. I met so many amazing people, I loved the fun we had. The hostel has daily cleaners, so...

Went to do my farm work and found this place. John the owner is very honest when you ring up - if he doesn't have any work he will tell you (unlike some other working hostel owners who will promise you work when they don't have it) The place itself is a great place to do your farm work. John...

Stayed for 1 nights as a stop over to Broken Hill. It´s a big place and seems to be popular with long-term stayed for backpackers working in Mildura (fruit-picking, etc). We had twin room next to the outside patio. The room was ok but the bathrooms were dirty and old with broken tiles. We had a terrible night´s sleep (or...
