The usual place we stay when visiting Launceston was fully booked so we decided to stay here as it was in a great location for us..... near pubs and restaurants! We booked the king deluxe which was a super large room on the ground floor with a small outdoor courtyard. In spite of slight heat wave the room stayed cool...

We stayed in the deluxe double room & it was perfect! Everything you could need for a long weekend. The bath was a real treat after the long days adventures! Clean, spacious & lovely furniture/bed. The breakfasts were delicious, with a good variety of choice, Fiona was very accommodating & helpful. It was a very special weekend for us as...

This B&B is very conveniently located in Launceston and the parking available is in their own little courtyard which is a plus. There are a couple of buildings and rooms are there on ground floor and first floor (latter apparently come with a view).. The room we were in for one night was adjacent to the parking and quite nice...

We stayed in one of the Junior Suites, which are the cheapest alternatives, and were recommended by the Hobart Tourist Information Centre. Quite enjoyable, and certainly affordable. A large room with lounge, TV and comfortable bed with two pillow choices. Breakfast is cooked to order and consists of bacon, eggs and tomato as well as the usual; cereals, toast, coffee,...

We arrived and were greeted immediately by friendly staff. Our room was the junior suite. It had a king size bed, a large living area and a fantastic bathroom. Everything was clean and well presented. There was a reverse cycle aircon, useful in the cooler months and free wifi that was easily accessible. We walked to the gorge, directions were...

We have stayed in several places when visiting Launceston for the footy but keep coming back to Fiona's. Rooms are larger than your standard hotel, which means you aren't living in each others pockets when in the room. Also there is a decent size bathroom and room 17 has a claw foot bath, which is great. Breakfast is included, which...

I stayed here for one night when traveling on business. I was in #9 (there are stairs, inside the doorway, that leads up to the 'room'). I loved that the rooms looked like 'home' and not a standard hotel room. The heating was great, the tv was large and new, the tea/coffee supplies with 'fancy' cups were nice. The bathroom/toilet...

We stayed 1 night but you really need at least 2 nights in Launceston. It was nice, very central right in town and very nice breakfast (hot and cold). The only down side for us is that it was a little more like a hotel rather than a more personal B&B as there are several houses/units/rooms all together that are...

We spent 2 nights at Fiona's B & B. We stayed in one of the 2 bedroom townhouses (#12) and were really happy with our choice of accommodation. It is 5 minutes from town, there is ample parking, free wifi and a great cooked breakfast is included in the rate. The townhouse was spacious, with a living area and kitchen...

Five minutes walk from the centre of town, this B&B is excellent value. It is set back from the street so it is quiet and has plenty of parking spaces. My room was sparkling clean, comfortable and warm. Breakfast was good though let down by pretty ordinary coffee. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would happily stay here again.
