A really well located and well equipped accommodation option, with lovely, welcoming staff. The small details were especially appreciated, like having access to a range of newspapers, an umbrella in our room and a docking station for our iPod was particularly appreciated.

Beautiful clean room. Huge bed. Facilities top notch. Staff were friendly and helpful. Several restaurants nearby to chose from, walking distance to city centre and Cataract Gorge. Marina walk to restaurants.

The 2-bedroom suite is very spacious and has a good layout. The café in the hotel offers great breakfast but it does not come with the room rate. There are also many restaurants within the hotel compound, without having to drive out. We are very satisfied with our 2-nights' stay.

This is our third stay here and we've been extremely happy with the service every time. Received a room upgrade on arrival and the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and we regularly have nights away staying in Launceston and this is our favorite hotel in the city!

We actually booked a studio room for our two-night stay in the hotel but they upgraded us to the junior suite (yey!). It made me really happy (haha). This is one of the best-looking hotels around the area which makes it eye-catching. Our room was spacious and beautiful. We also had a great view from our balcony where we watched...

Thanks DJ for your recent stay. The mystery socks and balcony furniture is disappointing as we do work very hard to ensure our room standards are a pinnacle for our industry. Very pleasing that we have captured your heart with the remaining services of course. Sincerely Shannon Exelby

We thoroughly enjoyed a recent stay at Peppers for a business-education meeting. Rooms were superb (everyone agreed); large and well appointed with delightful river views; very clean; great bathroom; very comfortable bed; good TV; and perfectly quiet. The meeting room was ideal and catering was sensational, with special thanks to Greg and staff who served us a steady stream of...
