We had two nights there and were quite happy. This is where we picked up our Thrifty rental car for our trip across the centre of Tasmania. Heading toward Cradle Mountain. The staff couldn't be more helpful. The room was clean and modern. Great beds and hot shower. Good place for interesting walks along the river. You can even get...

We had an excellent stay at Peppers. Next time we will request a waterview as the city view was a bit noisy in the morning. The staff were great and cleaning staff were excellent, cleaning our room while we were out and replacing towels, making beds etc. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty of room in kitchen & lounge...

The room was spacious, clean and the view of the marina is lovely. It was great to wake up overlooking the water. The staff were friendly and helpful. My only gripe would be paying for parking. It should be included in cost of room, you pay a lot of money for marina view room you should get your parking included.

No assistance with luggage & booked twin room was a king which had to be fixed while we waited. Parking fee additional. City view is of a car yard. Rooms clean, but nowhere to put suitcases. Walls so thin you could hear neighbour using the bathroom at night. Reception staff not very helpful or friendly. No tourism brochures available and...

Hi Sharon, Thank you for choosing Peppers Seaport on your recent visit to Launceston. We encourage guests who are travelling for more than 1 night to try our suites. Lovely rooms in Peppers on the Launceston seaport. Convenient location, plenty of good restaurants downstairs on the seaport. Roslyn in reception was great with sorting out our complicated booking and also with tourist advice for the area. Rooms are beautiful with tasteful and modern furnishings. We had a water view one bedroom suite, plus an extra room, with a common...

We arrived at Peppers on Saturday evening and found that our booking was actually from Sunday evening. However the wonderful Roslyn in reception , put us at ease immediately, confident that she could reorganise our booking. Nothing fazed Roslyn and within 10 minutes she had organised our rooms and briefed us on Launceston and surrounds. Roslyn's enthusiasm for her property...

Peppers offers both Hotel and Apartment style accommodation. The property offers good water views and is a short walk from Central Launceston. The Team are extremely friendly and helpful. Many tourist attractions are within a short walk.

Set on the bay within Launceston. The resort is close to all amenities and CBD shopping area. There are parklands and foreshore walks and plenty of stunning scenery to see and explore nearby. The rooms are genourous and cosy, some with views onto the riverside.

Very enjoyable overnight stay. I wish we had more time to spend there, but as this was a very quick trip for a family funeral, we were unable to stay longer. Will make sure we stay here again and for a much longer time. Staff were very friendly and helpful, facilities very good and the location excellent. Recommend this hotel...
