I travel to Mt ISA a couple of times a year but always go back to the RedEarth. The hotel and rooms are always spotless and staff are polite and friendly. The location in town is important for me but I can highly recommend it for business accom. The aircon in the rooms work well but the rooms are not...

Stayed in the RedEarth, first time i have been there for 25 years, totally different, upgraded but has kept the charm of early Mount Isa, comfortable rooms, clean, tidy, had a good nights sleep after a long flight, impressed.

Stayed in the Isa hotel part of this complex.Carpets filthy, rooms outdated and very dusty.Would not stay here again if I have the choice. The only good experience was the Rodeo restaurant.Beautiful food and very affordable. Breakfast hours were not suitable to my timetable.

Dear bron2008, We are also disappointed to learn of your recent stay with us. Please accept my sincere apologies for the experience you received. Unfortunately some of our rooms do not have windows or balconies so always request one if you do require the fresh air. Bugs are apart of Summer for Mount Isa and even with every measure taken...

Apart from the superb room with a balcony overlooking the mine, the welcome we received from Simmone was worth the tariff alone. The room was beautifully furnished with old timber and the bathroom in marble. Well working aircon and free wifi made our stay comfortable and good value.

Stayed in the Presidential suite with my husband and two kids. The room was huge and very well decorated. I have stayed previously in a family room and was not much smaller than the presidential suite. If I stayed again I would just get the normal family room but it was nice to try the larger room. This hotel is...

Central to where I needed to be. Comfortable bed - price tends to be a little expensive. Probably the nicest accommodation house in the Isa. Offers room service with quite a broad menu. Had a small balcony which is nice to enjoy a cuppa from. Across the road from the cinemas. Within walking distance to Kmart plaza. Great for business...

Let's face it, Mt Isa is a long way from key metropolitan centres. I often find therefore, I expect a lower level of service and comfort. The staff at Red Earth however challenged that belief. Reception was friendly and efficient, the room was big, comfortable really well appointed. The standout for me was for me Lerma! Lerma is Red Earths...

It's a good hotel for the standards of Mt Isa. The place has a colonial feel and is quite big. The room was good although the aircon was noisy. It is centrally located and there is easy access to most landmarks by foot. I was however charged for some bar menu item although I had not touched any food/bar item...
