My partner and I stayed in the Shiraz room which was beautifully appointed and comfortable. There were other special niceties such as port and chocolates in our room, along with coffee making facilities. The en-suite had top quality gels and lotions and lovely hot shower. The bed linen was really luxurious and definitely 5 star but most importantly the bed was... More

We stumbled upon the Cooperage looking for an overnight stay on a trip North.Unusually for this B&B, there was a one night stay available on a booking site. A great alternative to hotel accommodation we just felt at home as soon as we arrived.Gay and Warren were welcoming. The atmosphere was ultra relaxing both inside and outside the wall of the... More

Our 2 night break from the grind of daily life could not have been more relaxing. The Cooperage is a beautiful, comfortable home, Gay and Warren's hospitality generous yet unobtrusive and Gay's breakfasts both generous and flavoursome. As a much more relaxing and personable alternative to a high-end hotel, we will need little excuse to return.

We stayed in the Champagne room, it was amazingly done, great hospitality. Gay gave us lots of information about vineyards and restaurants to eat. They cooked the best home cooked breakfasts. All in all I totally recommend you to try this place .

Had a great day up at the Hunter Valley celebrating our friends engagement party. Lots of great people, laughs, stories of times past with plenty more great memories to come. Stayed at Cooperage B+B...5 stars, what an absolutely amazing place which I now can highly recommend! Our hosts Gay and Warren Cooper were both very welcoming and nothing was too... More

I had booked the indulgence package and Gay did an amazing job at organiseing everything. Gay and Warren went above and beyond to make our stay ever more special. The massages at the Crown Plaza were arranged at a great time so we didn't have to rush, the dinner location was great and the picnic hamper from Mojo's was a... More

What a lovely and idyllic location for a special weekend getaway. Our hosts Gay and Warren could not be more accommodating, our Chardonnay room was perfect, right down to the bottle of port for our drinking pleasure. Cooperage is a great and unique location, perfectly positioned to take advantage of the vineyards and restaurants. Definitely worth a look see. And... More

Stayed two nights at the Cooperage. Having never been to a B & B we were not sure what to expect. The Cooperage is beautifully appointed and maintained in a quiet setting in an estate. Our hosts, Gay and Warren, were very welcoming and could not have been more helpful. If there were any criticisms at all it would be... More

The place to go when you need to unwind. The Cooperage was a magical experience with amazing rooms and hosts. The Bed and breakfast was located in the heart of a VineYard with a serene view from our room. The Breakfasts were AMAZING... Scrumptious! Planning our next trip already

If Four Seasons starts operating B&Bs, they will be like the Cooperage - prime location, stylish and modern facilities, spacious rooms with all the expected creature comforts, privacy and great food. This contemporary, spacious and light-filled B&B sits within a winery 'right on top of the vines' in the heart of Hunter Valley. Our room (typical of all) was a... More
