Our stay was a little disappointing. WE had to argue with the restaurant staff each day that we had prepaid for breakfast. This not a big deal but we were time pressured each day so it was a nuisance. We also enjoy a range of privileges at most properties as Accor Partners. Again, this is not a big deal, but...

nicely located by the beach but very expensive for what it is. Dont expect too much and you wont be disappointed.Rooms are tiny and dated. Buffet breakfast is ordinary. Parking costs are insane. Huge buildings being built all around it with workers starting at 6am. Harbour glimpses only through the corridors of other buildings. there are many hotels and airbnb's...

Comfortable clean, well maintained and managed hotel. The staff from reception to room attendants are efficient, friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. The room was spacious with a comfortable king size bed and all required facilities. The hotel itself has convenient car parking and is well located for public transport and the beach is within easy...

My wife and I stayed here overnight and found the hotel comfortable, well located and with pleasant staff. The room was a harbour view with a clear, but somewhat restricted view of the water down the length of a street. It was also reasonably appointed with tea and coffee and bathroom products, and the bed was good. The only thing...

Visiting Newcastle to catch up with family and dragging along the boyfriend, I wanted him to be impressed with Sydney's poor cousin. The hotel was modern and clean, the room large and the location perfect. Will stay here again next time.

Our room was clean and comfortable but do not expect a view. Front desk service was very good. We had a very nice breakfast. I was surprised when asked to pay for parking as it was not suggested that this would be an additional cost, especially when we were sent directions on where to park.

I stayed for one night in this hotel, chosen for location only. I didn't bother to stay in a room with a view as I really only wanted a nice comfortable bed (which it was). My room was neat and tidy with a functional bathroom - no complaints at all. The staff on check in were very helpful. The location...

Very nice accommodation although our room did overlook a building site but we were only there one night on our way back to Melbourne from Queensland. Staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was fine if somewhat busy. We chose to have dinner in the restaurant that night which was a big mistake as neither of us could eat our...

Stayed here for two nights - staff were friendly, rooms were good - we got room 418 and this had the best view of the ocean. Breakfast buffet was great - good selection and very kid friendly. Best part of this hotel was the location. 5 minute walk to the beach, lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Easy to drive...
