Hi there, we are sorry you were not overly happy with your room, but thank you for your review! just to note, we are fully open on Saturdays 11am-11pm in the bar. 12pm-9pm in the Bistro! Thanks

Hi, Parking near the Grand on weekdays could be hard to find and is time restricted. Weekend and overnight parking should be ok, as it is only timed on Saturday morning. There is a loading zone at the entrance in Bolton St... More

Street Parking round the site and that is metered. Multi-storey carparks in side street, usual rates.
