We stayed at Daydream Motel last night for the second time. It is budget accommodation but it is clean, tidy and a good sized room. The shower was hot, the bed firm and very comfortable. Our complimentary cooked breakfast was delicious, hot and served to our room. They are all ground floor rooms with parking across from the room. We...

4 of us stayed here on a motorcycle ride across the country, our 2 friends had never been here and whilst this is a budget motel with relativily small rooms they are clean, tidy, good water pressure and well kept, great value for money. Mine hosts cooked a lovely brekkie in the morning and we all were relaxed and well...

this place is very basic low end accommodation, but it is clean, tidy and the staff are friendly. normally I would choose to stay at a place like this at the low budget end, but Broken Hill had run out of rooms that night. I cant fault it for the price.

We planned on staying for two nights on a family road trip in the cottage. Very disappointing. Dusty skirting boards, stained musty smelling carpet, backyard overgrown, description did not match with property. No washing machine, no safety deposit box. We left and full refund was given. This could of been such a pretty cottage with a paint inside and the...

Very rundown. Weeds on footpath and driveway entrance. Bathroom -shower rail and toilet lid broken, shower tiles very mouldy, towels rough and old, curtains faded. Lights off when returning at night made keying in code difficult. Aircon noisy. Would not recommend.

Was only overnight but all went really well. Great to have wifi , laundry access, nice hot shower and comfy bed. Would recommend staying here if you plan on visiting Broken Hill. Wished we could have stayed longer.

Small motel at the end of the main shopping strip of Broken Hill. This motel is run by a lovely couple. Looking a bit tired but is clean and value for money. Needs a little upgrading but offers all the comforts that you would need. After an initial problem we sorted out breakfast and on day 2 and 3 received...

The pluses - comfortable bed; good size fridge and plenty of hot water in shower with good pressure. However there are many minus points. Noisy in the wall air conditioner; tiny TV; shower curtain past its use-by date; dirty carpet; inferior wifi; milk provided in used, refillable bottle; no hand towel in bathroom and no wine glasses. Would not recommend.

The room was clean and tidy. The bed wasn't too bad. The curtains need to be thicker to block out some light. But seriously providing one square sheet toilet paper like you find in the nastiest of public toilets for your guests is shocking.......if you stay here provide your own.

Stayed in the original old building part of the motel, which was refurbished (used to be one of the many old hotels in town). Spacious bathroom. Situated close to amenities in Main Street. Walking distance to the Barrier Democratic Social Club for meals.

Thank you for writing a review about your stay in the Daydream Motel. The refurbished room in the original building gets many comments from guests regarding how new and fresh it's appearance is. We've started upgrading our other rooms so very soon all will be of this standard. We also get many comments regarding how close we are to the...
