Everything we needed for overnight stay..bit run down.. but served our needs close to shops and beach.. a nice walking track over the road. Lady at desk was really nice. And she let us park our bikes under cover

A fairly typical older style country motel that is well located in the heart of the town. Reception was efficient and helpful. Reasonable clean and comfortable but could do with a make over. Price was pretty good.

we were very disappointed with this motel, rooms were shabby, bedside light did not even have a plug to plug in! wifi did not work, and for the same price we paid, we got an excellent, fab place the next night right beside the water, with great views and restaurant right there. would not go back

Our room was quite obviously refurbished, comfortable and great value. We stayed 2 nights but were a little disappointed when our room did not get serviced after day one. Otherwise our contact with staff was good.

We spent one night here in November. Room and interior was old and a bit worn but not bad, reasonably clean overall. The free wifi was so slow most of the time that it was more or less unusable. On the positive side: The reception staff was most helpful when we accidently left behind something in our room, called us...

We chose a room at $110 which was ground floor. Rooms are clean with fridge, tea/coffee making facilities. Walk out into BB and walk along the shoreline, the Clyde River is very central with shops a 5 minute walk away. Breakfast is not on offer but a discount given for a little coffee shop across the road

This was a basic room but quite clean. Main downside was the quilt covers which looked like they had seen better days. Our room contained a queen and two singles which limited the floor space but it was ok. The bathroom was very small but clean. I found the service fine and a great pool was a bonus. The position...

Room was dirty!!! Cost way to much money!!! You could hear everything going on room from room, bath was still dirty, dishes not washed still had food stuck to it, we stayed here over Christmas holidays and will never stay again, I guess you get what you pay fore, rooms are old and dated, but still rooms should be cleaned...

Clean and tidy establishment in the heart of the esplanade. Within walking distance to facilities. Not noisy, with ample parking. They have relationships with other businesses, attracting discounts - a bonus for families
