These new built cottages in a quiet location are full of olde world charm inside. Well laid out and well appointed, very comfortable beds, large shower room and ample room for four to lounge and dine with pretty garden surrounds.

Frequently I travel from Mornington Peninsula to Canberra , usually on a Friday night . I stop over in Albury to visit business contacts and catch up with old friends. Recently I was recommended the above mentioned accommodation ,in lieu of the noisy commercial motels on the main strip. What a surprise awaited me from the most charming lady I...

This was, sadly, only an overnight stay. I did not expect the beautifully appointed, well furnished two bedroom cottage, which would be ideal for a longer stay in the Albury area. Very good night's sleep in comfortable beds.

At Check In, Iris informed us that she sold beds, not units and the extra bed would cost more money. I said I had booked for a two room unit and paid for a two room unit and would not be paying any extra. I could not believe the amount of dust on the floors, don't think the carpets had...

My partner and I stayed here recently with our little dog, the best thing about this place is it is truly animal friendly! (there is a small extra surcharge if you have a pet staying with) The room/unit we stayed in was a little out-dated but essentially contained everything you could need... kitchen with ample cook wear, appliances etc. TV...

My daughter and I travelled to Albury on a mission and decided on Albury Cottages because it offered two separate bedrooms at a reasonable rate ($270 for 2 nights). The cottages were a little out of the way, but that was ok. On the plus side they were very pretty with attractive gardens. In the unit we occupied there were...

We spent a weekend here while we visited family nearby. In general terms the accommodation was as expected, the beds were comfortable and the utilities worked. This was a cottage, really a small retirement unit in a group of four. In most ways it met our expectations as travelers. However this particular unit was a repository of a furniture collecting...

We travel to Albury often and try to find a cottage to stay in each time. These ones offer the basics, but are not up to the standard of those we normally stay in. They are much smaller, the furniture is large, some of it very fine old pieces, but it crowds the rooms, the kitchen is tiny with no...

We booked the Albury Cottages online some weeks ago, for a weekend we were planning in Albury to watch my son play basketball. We drove down from Canberra and arrived at 11 pm to find the most beautifully appointed 2 bedroom "cottage" awaiting us. Unfortunately there was some trouble with our booking. The owner, Iris, called and arranged for us...

Thoroughly enjoy this place. The cottages are clean, comfortable and we have just stayed for the second time. Iris has a special touch, knowing we are travelling with my mother, she left a welcome card with a vase of fresh flowers! On our second visit, this morning she arrived with a gift for her. Nice one Iris!

Thank Mandy M
