Lovely small hotel set in the middle to Dalmellington. Lovely period property with period furniture and furnishings. We stayed here to visit the Scottish Dark Sky Observatory. The hotel staff were really friendly and the room was spotless. The cooked breakfast was lovely and there was cereal and fruit juice as well.

A gem of a hotel. A very good and comfortable small hotel with excellent food not far from the scenic Loch Doon and Craigengillan Estate. Highly recommended. What is most interesting is that it is run for the East Ayrshire Carers Trust and so profits go to that trust. The Hotel is also used to train young people to get...

Dallmellington house is exquisite. Yes, the decor, food and cleanliness are amazing, but it's the people that are exquisite. Anne and Gillian are the friendliest and funniest of people. These ladies looked after us like family. The food that was cooked for us was fit for a king, the rooms were beautifully decorated and as clean as a whistle, the...

After Driving through the dark and relentless rain for many hours a friendly warm welcome and lovely fire in the lounge was awaiting. Oh and add to that a piping hot power shower. Immaculately clean. Just cannot fault the place, well apart from the weather I suppose. Highly recommended

The hotel have 5-6 rooms. Serve a giant breakfast consisting of bacon, white beans, sausages, black pudding, egg, pressed meat like "spam" cereal, yoghurt, milk and tea or coffee. Two or three dishes dinner is served on request. Fast and free internet.
