Stayed here a couple of nights as a base for exploring Fiordland. Staff at reception were friendly, and helped us a lot with moving from site to site due to the weather. Unfortunately we were staying in a tent and had a hard time finding a suitable sheltered tent site as the wind seemed to come from all directions. The...

Stayed here over two nights - our base for Milford Sound visit. The motel is in a complex but separate from other units and camper van sites. It is new/modern with some high end fittings and nicely furnished. No dishwasher. Fully self-contained with oven microwave and stove top. One bathroom, two bedrooms (second room had three beds). Views across lake...

This is one of the best run holiday Camp/parks we have stayed at to date. Great bathrooms and a nice kitchen lounge setup. Lots of hot water in the free showers. The internet is not restricted except for the number of people using it! Considering it's proximity to Te Anau townsite, the prices are v good.

I stayed for 2 nights at the campground as I was heading out to Milford Sound. On arrival it took a few minutes to get checked in. Gladly I booked in advance as it was a busy time of the year. I got the tent sites listed with the comment "just find a spot". Which wasn't partly easy as everyone...

We admittedly misunderstood what sort of accommodation this was, and were surprised when we arrived at our cabin and it had a kitchen in it but no toilet. We had assumed that any cabin which has a kitchen it in would obviously have a toilet as well but this was not the case. As such we had to traipse through...

We were staying in Te Anau ahead of and between tramps on the Kepler and Hollyford Tracks. Te Anau Lakeview Holiday Park offered a comprehensive range of accommodation opportunities that could be selected. Our choice was perfect for 4 people, our accommodation being recently renovated units was like staying in a brand new complex, the staff were super helpful, and...

I'm not usually a fan of staying in cabins but we booked late and there were few affordable options. This turned out to be a good choice. We started in a two bed cabin which was clean and relatively spacious. The bathrooms were super clean all the time, warm at night and hot water always flowed. We had to move...

The holiday park is very big and so anonym. You can have huts (double bed), dorms (8 beds) oder cabins (shower in the same building). Camping is also possible. Sauna cost 10$ per hour. At the reception you can buy a lot of stuff (milk, pie, sweets, etc). The hut was clean, but could be cold during Winter and Rain...

Stayed in 2 bedroom unit which was detached from main building (a surprise). View of Lake Te Anau was absolutely breathtaking. Clean and comfortable unit, very spacious. Kids loved the spa bath. Very sad to leave this place, it is very special.

We parked our van at this park for three nights over New Years. It was a great inexpensive base for accessing Routeburn Track, Milford Sound, glow worm caves, etc. It was great to cross the road and swim in the lake after a busy day, though we didn't have an actual lake view from our spot. The shower blocks were...
