I stayed in a hotel room which had an accessible bathroom. Not only was it impossible keep the bathroom floor and toilet dry when showering, it had a weird/uncomfortable toilet seat. This non-standard bathroom arrangement should have been made known when booking and a discount should be offered. Also it's pretty ridiculous to not have complementary wifi with this level...

Amazing location and incredible views!!! Great indoor fire and room facilities. Gym was very limited and lots of signs that the property is getting dated. Loose tiles, shabby carpet in entrance way and corridors. Our room was not serviced properly but it was an amazing outlook over Queenstown!!!

I booked a 1 bedroom unit with Booking . com for $625 & the site said last room & breakfast included. When we get there, we have a small studio & no breakfast. I have stayed at Peppers before & enjoyed it, but not this time. Will stay elsewhere next time.

Stayed as a family of 5 (two adults, 3 teens). Allocated two bedroom apartment with an adjoining room as the third bedroom. Rooms spacious, elegant. Ensuite off main bedroom had a shower over bath, however this had high surround so difficult to get in and out of. That aside the apartment was nice and had everything we needed. Positives...close to...

Queenstown is a must on any South Island itinerary. Peppers Beacon a great place to stay, central and an easy walk into town. Far enough away not to be too troubled by the traffic flow. Enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful family reunion (13 of us).... Apart from a few maintenance issues, the penthouse was exactly what we wanted.... Plenty of space, fabulous views, wonderful media room for the grandchildren, great communal area for all the family, lots of bathrooms, beds were so comfy, BBQ area great, staff very obliging... And the smell of baking bread on arrival was very...

The room is very deep and there is only one pair of glass sliding doors to the balcony as windows. Remember to ask for any charges for the parking, etc. I was charged without being informed in advance. My phone signal with local phone network was blocked so I needed to go outside of the room to use my phone....

Brilliant location, incredible views and excellent accommodation. Some wear and tear that needs to be addressed fairly soon. Immaculate grounds and friendly staff. Would love to stay again. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.

We booked into a 2 bedroom lake view apartment and it was fantastic. I have read other reviews of rooms being tired and furniture dated but we could not fault the place. The rooms were beautiful and the furniture big, new looking and comfortable. We were in the 10th floor and the views were spectacular. The fire was lovely for...

Also when we booked the hotel, they didn't notice us that one of the two rooms was a two single bed room. It simply says that it was a two bedroom hotel. And each bedroom was cooled because there was no heating inside the room. The heating in the bathroom also not working which made the accommodation uncomfortable.
