We stayed at the Azur Lodge villa # 1 for our 5 nights during part of our honeymoon. The place has the most serene views of the lake and the Alps and it provides the ultimate comfort. We loved the heated tiles in the bathroom as well as the great menu selection from the town restaurants with the convenience of...

We stayed here with an infant recently. The place is amazing. Very clean, luxurious and even the bathtub's view put shame on some of the hotel in Queenstown :) The hotel managers Tania and Gavin are very friendly and will accommodate requests with no problem. The manager has kindly enough to pick the lodge which has the best view. I'm...

Stayed her with my fiancé and then husband (were married during our stay) in July 2013. We both absolutely loved our stay and how the villas are exactly as they look in the photos. I wished we had of stayed longer (total of 2 nights). The views are incredible. You feel completely secluded from all other villas and the service...

This is a wonderful place. It's very selective about what it provides and what it doesn't, but that all adds to the experience. The individual villas (they are far more than rooms) are perfectly placed on the hillside to be completely private. A jacuzzi bath with the windows thrown open and looking over Lake Wakatipu to the mountains opposite AND...

Beautiful individual villas with sitting rooms, terrace and lovely bathtub all facing the lake and Remarkable Mountains are so comfortable with mesmerizing view it is hard to leave! Every need is fulfilled by a welcoming and friendly staff including golf cart rides up the hill to the main lodge for breakfast ( which they will happily deliver to one's villa)...

We arrived here after driving thru the "pass" to get to Queenstown just a smudge faster. To say my nerves were about done in after all those hairpin turns on the "wrong" side of the road... might be an understatement. But I safely navigated the roundabouts, pedestrians and finally the winding road up the side of the hill overlooking the...

We ended our honeymoon trip (Fiji and NZ's South Island) at the best place I've ever stayed. The villa was top-notch all the way with the most stunning views, but the staff really make this place so special. Tania, Maria, and the rest of the team have mastered the perfect balance of attentiveness and respect of privacy - and they...
