This was a great place to stay as we took our dog. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We stayed in Mini Mill which for our dog was ideal. THe place was small and very basic but had everything that we needed for a short weekend stay. This is a backpackers place and we were lucky to have mini...

Checked into a one bedroom house and stayed for 7 days for work. Counter staff was friendly. House was small but sufficient for 2 pax. Bed was made up of 2 single beds pushed together. Mattress too soft. Old blood stain on linen - yucks! Room service apparently didn't come till I asked the counter staff 3 times for 3...

The front desk staffs lack of smile. One of the bath towels was left used and unchanged from the previous guests. Good location though, within walking distance to Skyline Queenstown, which has also saved us the trouble of looking for a maximum-4-hour parking at the Skyline there since we get to park our car at the private parking at the...

We had a standard room and it certainly didn't live up to the photos. Smelly, dark and dirty. We started to strip the sheets in the morning and stopped as we were horrified by the stains on the mattress protector. The double bed was very low, saggy with roll together. The shared ablution block was a joke, the shower was...

- Photos are misleading. They are a severe misinterpretation of the actual quality which is worse than their appearance - Cockroaches, bugs and hair in all bathrooms - Filthy kitchen (oven, microwave, facilities) including sills - Beds aren't doubles - They are two singles pushed together with a rather annoyingly obvious join in the centre - Mats need to be...

My boyfriend and I decided to stop and stay for one night in Queenstown from long driving. Our NZ trip itinerary was not 100% fixed so we liked to book a place to stay at last minute. So we found this place and we told the receptionist that we might arrived around midnight. When we arrived they were closed and...

We just visited this accomodation for one night. The room was very very stinky and the bed was also small. The price for that was okay but you can definetly see why they are so cheap. ;-) For one night okay.

We stayed in our own room in a shared 3 bedroom basic house. At $80 per night for the two of us, it's obviously not The Ritz but was comfortable and good value for money in a quiet Queenstown location. Only 10 minutes walk from the city centre (with a 25 minute bus ride to unmissable Arrowtown from there). Excellent...

We stayed here for four nights. It is in a great location and very good for what you pay in Queenstown. The cleaning is satisfactory. A couple of small stains on the bed sheets. Room was otherwise quite clean and tidy. However, you have to put a sign on your door if you want your room cleaned or new towels. There...
