Spent one night at the Heritage Queenstown. Large room with two queen beds. Very comfortable and a wonderful breakfast. There is a nice bar in the lobby with a cozy fireplace. The hotel is a little out of the center of town, but it was a short cab ride. Beautiful views of the lake and the surrounding mountains.

I stayed in a deluxe family room. The facilities are great and the beds are super comfy. Overall the rooms are fantastic with nice views and not far from centre town. Our room service was fantastic. We ordered some great pumpkin soup. A few notes: reception took way to long to answer the phone if they did at all I...

Located on a hill just outside of the downtown area, the Heritage is a nice looking hotel which is in complex of four buildings, I think. If I can recall properly, there were three buildings with lodgings and conference space and then the central building with the restaurant, lobby and gym. I would agree with a previous reviewer who said...

We were booked in for one night at the Heritage Queenstown, staying in the Executive Deluxe room. The room was very nice (however we would have liked a view of the lake or mountains) & the bed was excellent. The bed was of a very high quality resulting in an excellent nights sleep. The room was spacious & sound proof....

Our family of 4 spent 2 nights at the Heritage hotel and were pleased. The kids appreciated the fact they each got their own twin size bed which alleviated any fights about sharing a bed! The location was not walkable to the town with kids but adults might enjoy the exercise. It was, however, a great location when being picked...

Though the hotel is a little ways from town, the Queenstown bus system is great and will drop you off right at the front door. The hotel is beautiful, and the room and amenities were wonderful. We had a lakeview room, and every morning we could not stop gazing off the balcony. Queenstown is a beautiful place, and this hotel...

This hotel is only 5 minutes from Downtown Queenstown and about an hour from the famous town of Glenorchy. It is out of the traffic and in a beautiful lake setting. Of course rooms on the lake are more expensive! Staff was very attentive, rooms were large with mini fridge, coffee, tea etc.

We stayed for 2 nights. The hotel would need a renovation in rooms and launch as well restaurant area. Our room was on the forest level and we hopped for a quiet night but has extremely loud music every night from the party room below until 12:00 at night. Otherwise the location is good and in walking distance to a...

We were getting off to queenstown for our anniversary. The staff were welcoming and kindful. Although, we've booked the room without view, they put us on top floor. It was a beautiful and warm. I could see the lake and mountain. Also, The restaurant was nice. We had a time to swim in hot swimming pool.

We stayed just one night here as we were on our way to Wanaka but would have loved to have stayed in this hotel longer. The bed was SO comfortable and the linens soft and inviting. The room was wonderful with a very nice bathroom. Highly recommend this hotel. The staff was very nice!
