This is an OK hotel, but for the price it should be better.
The hotel is clean and the views of the lake are great (if your room faces the lake).

Thank you for your comments and feedback, I will take on board what you said about breakfast to see if I can improve the flow especially over the busier periods, hope you had a lovely holiday in NZ.
The hotel is centrally located and has 240 rooms,one restaurants,one bar, and four spacious lifts. However it has no swimming pool,no Gym and no coffee shop. Itnis very close to various restaurants shopping centers etc

I do not recollect for sure but zI think they might change the linen.?Regarding replenishment of toiletories actually speaking the toiletories do not get consumed in one day so there is no need for daily replenishment
