Have stayed here several times while on business, comfortable rooms, close to town, but far enough out to be quiet. Very friendly owners, always enjoy my stay here. Beds are comfortable, facilities adequate for one night, great wifi for working at night.

We stayed for 2 nights in a 2 bedroomed apartment whilst travelling around NZ. First impressions weren't good, parking (especially with a 4x4) was a nightmare. Secondly the lady when booking in had obviously failed to attended charm school! The rooms we were given were ok although i did think the carpet could have done with a clean. The bedrooms...

We stayed here in November for three days. It was a perfect base, as we were just away from the very centre of the town, therefore no need to get caught up in the traffic, and it was a quick and easy walk down to town and the Lake, though requires a bit of fitness to get back up. Our...

We spent four nights at Amity in mid March 2017 in a modern well maintained and clean two bedfoom apartment. Well located 15 minutes easy walk to Queenstown CBD and not on a busy road. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. We would happily stay there again. Geoff and Jan

Doug was an absolute delight! Very helpful and full of information. Room as good as anything you need, spotlessly clean and guest laundry just the job. Thank you. Ground floor rooms probably better; parking on site.

We flew into Queenstown and drove the half hour into town and to Amity Lodge. The greeting from Doug was very welcoming and he marked out all the best pubs and restaurants. Also advised us about local walks and trails. The room was perfect: clean, well equipped with fridge, hob, microwave and all utensils. The bedroom is in the back...

Although this property was a bit expensive, it was worth every penny. We were greeted by Doug, very friendly and super-knowledgeable about the area. Our one bedroom suite was clean and comfortable. Our daughter decided to sleep on the couch rather than use the single bed in the bedroom, and she was quite comfortable. The bathroom was large and clean...

Rather dated accomodation..in need of refurbishing. The stairs to the upper units were precarious and not appropriate for those not so sure on their feet. Also the carpark was awful..not at all adequate. The units were however adequately furnished with self catering utensils. The owners were also very helpful.

Out of all the accommodations we've booked around our trip in New Zealand, this lodge was the most expensive, but also the most comfortable! The space was huge, the area was clean, the location was about a 10-15 minute walk to the centre of Queenstown (although you have to walk uphill going back!) We arrived really late, and so the...

After spending 5 days on the Milford Track I was enjoying my last 2 days in Queenstown and I wanted a place close to center but not too close. Amity was a perfect spot. It's less than a 10 minute walk to the town center. When I arrived I was greeted by one of the owners and the resident dog....
