Lovely hotel/motel with a fantastic position in town. Just opposite the Cadbury factory, close to the train station and centre of city. Walking distance to restaurants, supermarket etc. Very nice unit with all that one needs. Great place.

Very clean and spacious apartments. Stayed in interconnected 2 bedroom. Really great staff and very helpful and provided free parking and wifi. Great value for money. Centrally located. Can't fault it. Great for family.

Well located serviced rooms in central Cumberland St between the police station and Countdown supermarket. Only a few minutes walk to the station or Octagon. Room was generous with some cooking facilities, sink, crockery and cutlery. Separate bathroom with good shower, basin and toilet. We had a room adjacent to the Victoria hotel and with thick curtains pulled did not...

At $190 a night plus $12.50 a day for a car park was a bit pricey...but maybe NZ fashion week on at the time had an impact on that? Awesome staff at easy, efficient check in...full of good ideas & hints of where to visit etc. Room was big enough & clean enough, but let down by not having a decent (...

This was my first time to Dunedin and we were here for my Post Grad UNI Graduation . The accommodation was central and within walking distance to everything we needed which was a bonus ( not having to worry about a driver when going out for a drink ! ) The rooms were clean and basic as we were out...

One night stay for work, nice room that was clean and in good condition. It was a bit too noisy for me, a lot of noise came from the main road plus police station next door at 1-3am so if your a light sleeper with a whole day of meetings the next day probably not a good fit. Friendly and...

We had instructed our agent to book 4* hotels. This is not, albeit an adequate 3* We arrived on a Sunday at 8pm after a long day's drive to find the hotel reception and entrance locked. I had to gain access via a remote call point at waist height, so had to kneel on the floor to use this as...

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry that you did not find your check in to be what you expected. Although the day time reception was closed, there is always someone on site 24/7 if you need any assistance, as it states in the welcome letter in the envelope you receive and in the compendium in your apartment, you can...

The best thing about the Quest accommodation was it's convenient location to train station, supermarkets, shops, etc but our studio apartment was small and 'kitchen facilities' very limited. It was just a small bedroom with a sink and microwave in one corner. Ut was clran enough and tge staff were pleasant. Thought it overpriced at 170 NZD compared to other...

Only a quick stay, but no sleep. Room faced a main road, trucks all night. Room itself was good and staff helpful - but a bit hard to sleep. Location was OK and room was a good size. I would stay again if I got a quiet room.

Hi Stuart, Sorry you found the apartment you stayed in noisy, there is hush glass on the windows to decrease any road noise. Make sure to request a back room next time you book and our team will be happy to assist.

The Quest was well located close to the city centre and had its own secure car parking. The bedrooms were spacious with a very good ensuite shower room. The beds were of a generous size and were very comfortable.
