You would think with the extensive resource, that is the internet, everyone would have an inkling of what to expect when staying at a Hotel and assess this when selecting a place and making a booking. Fortunately, most do. Others whine and threaten bad reviews...More

We spent two nights here after flying from LAX to Dunedin. The property is a lovely hillside spot with a nice garden. The room and bath were comfortable but pretty basic. Don't look for decorator touches. The continental breakfast was adequate and the coffee good....More

Beautiful establishment. Warm touches with the history of the location. Breakfast was delish. We were warned that the WIFI doesn't get through the concrete well in some rooms. For a boutique hotel, our room size was more than adequate and the bathroom layout/openness was fun!

Quaint, older hotel. Smallish rooms, minimally appointed. OK location, but a steep walk to Octagon, downtown. Staff excellent, rooms clean, nice view of nearby church. Breakfast minimal, but healthy. Staff excellent and very helpful. Decent value.
