Stayed one night on a powered site in the camp. Site was tidy with a large selection of units and cabins for hire. All the facilities were extremely clean. Only 2 showers in each of the mens and ladies blocks, but ample hot water and very clean. Fine for a small site. Very close to the end/start of the Central...

Very clean and comfortable accommodation. Management is very relaxed and laid back. Office is sometimes unattended but a call to the cell phone number on the door eventually got a response. Very centrally located. Only a short walk to the Pub and local cafe. Cycle hire and Rail Trail businesses are a 5 minute walk away. The Rail Trail itself...

This place takes me back to the bad old times if bad service. Cabins are dirty. They burn their rubbish in a whole. It reeks this toxic smell over the campground and in our cabin. Rung for service at the office and no reply. It really sucks yo ge part of the Otago rail trail. Don't stay here.

I stayed a couple of nights at this park at the end of my cycle ride - as do most people who aren't on organised tours (there doesn't seem to be alot of places to stay in Middlemarch). This is a good old fashioned holiday park - lots of green space for tents and vans, cabins with and without bathrooms,...

What a great spot away from the hustle and bustle. Lovely family area with awesome old school gas BBQ. The kitchen is in a reformed trained carriage. Tonnes of character. The late check out was much appreciated and fantastic hosts couldn't be more accommodating. Highly recommended for a family get together.

We spent New Year's Eve at the Middlemarch Holiday Park and were very impressed by the facility. I always stay in hotels but after one night there I realised that camping grounds are more personal than hotels. Our room was clean, as was the bathroom block. The kitchen, set up in an old train conductors wagon was well set up....

Stayed for one night in the dorm styled rooms. Room and bed were comfortable and clean with heating present if required. The holiday park is situated between farm land but close to the town that you can easily walk. The facilities were nice and clean - the kitchen area is a converted train carriage which was fun. All staff were...

We hired the two two-bedroom motel units available ahead of our start on the Otago Rail Trail. They were clean, tidy and appointed with all of the necessary fittings for our stay. Adrian was very welcoming, and excellent to deal with during the booking process. The tariff is excellent value. We definitely recommend it for those families looking for a...

This place is the biggest accomodation provider in Middlemarch with all the things you would expect in a camping ground type set up ranging from tent sites through to motel units. It is about 3 minutes walk from the town centre and about the same distance from the start of the Central Otago Rail Trail. The shared facilities such as...
