We rented the upstairs apartment, and although they say it sleeps 9, that would really be stretching it! You can only reach the apartment by hauling your luggage through the lounge and then up a flight of stairs, which can be cumbersome. When the lounge downstairs is busy, the apartment is noisy. We found the apartment to be cold and...

Its a pretty dated camp site and small too. But it is ok if you are looking for somewhere cheapish to stay a few nights. Its close to the city centre and has a nice setting. Check in and out were smooth, the gentleman on the check in being a lot friendlier and helpful than the lady who we found...

Nice enough, if you don't expect much. Grounds seem to be well maintained, and not far from the cbd which was a big plus. Lady on check in was rude and unhelpful. Gave her the benefit of the doubt but was the same the next day when asking for change for the laundry facilities. Common room was warm, clean-ish, with...

This wasn't the worst camp site I've been to! The kitchen was small the lounge area was fairly large not many plugs to charge your electronic devices.. showers were quite small and only a hand dryer in the toilets! I can't really fault the camp site I would go back

We stayed here in a powered site in our camper van and had a lovely experience. The women at reception /owner had a good (NZ) sense of humour and checking in was no problem even though they were filling up. Shower facilities were great and there was a common room with games and a TV if that is what you...

Perhaps it was because it was summer, but this place was overly crowded given the small kitchen and toilet/shower facilities. Good location unless you want to walk or take public transportation into city.

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was clean, comfortable and had evetything we would need. The park is small but has everything you need. The staff are helpful and accommodating and the park is surrounded by some beautiful forest, which includes glow worms which can be seen in their natural environment for free.

We spent 2 nights here over New Year. It's a busy campsite, but has a nice feel to it - very friendly and family friendly. The facilities are well maintained and they are well organised. It's well located for town. We were there on New Years Eve. It was really quiet (a good thing) no late night revellers partying hard....

We booked the Tourist Flat, which was as good as motel standard! The living room was separate from the bedroom. The bedroom was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with good coffee and tea! The supermarket and petrol kiosk was nearby. Would strongly recommend, as the place is really nice and cosy, and value for money

Arrived but previous owners had not recorded our booking so though there would be a problem as it was Christmas day. His however was not the case and the new owner found us a lovely plot and even honoured the price we had been quoted buy the previous people. Facilities were very good with plenty of hot water for showers....
