Lovely location just near to the tramway or easy walk into the city center. Free WiFi however not that fast. Could be that we where long away from the transmitter. Quality swayed. Nice rooms with fridge that had all you needed if you so wish....More
Overnight stop on arriving in New Zealand before travelling around South Island. Very friendly. A great night's sleep in a very comfortable bed and warm, light bathroom . Good breakfast. Nice accommodation
Stayed for two nights. Warm welcome from Linda who recommended places to visit and eat. Room spacious and clean. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. Perfect first two nights for jet lagged travellers from UK
A charming motel, full of charecter and very well located for exploring the city and nearby Hagely Park. Beautifully furnished, it was very clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The cooked breakfasts were excellent.,
We picked this motel for its location and it exceeded our expectations. Excellent motel room and very friendly and accommodating staff. Also excellent breakfast options at reasonable prices. Would recommend this motel to anyone wanting a central location.

Normally the booking sites would advertise rooms using the lowest rate that the property has (regardless of actual availability). Then when you enter your dates and it shows you the rooms that are actually available, the rates change according to this.
