We stayed for one night rather than drink and risk driving home, after a function we attended. The convenience of this hotel was excellent. Walking distance to where the function was, and to the casino down on Victoria Street. Very clean room and quiet considering we were so close to the night life of town.

Checked in, young guy at desk (not overly helpful - had to drag it out of him where to find room), got to room - pretty tidy. No overall complaints. Basic, tidy room. Got dressed and headed out. Upon return we get home to discover a random STICKY glass jar of what we think is curdled milk stuck on top...

Once a guest has checked in we do not enter the room again unless on request or for a service the next day. Our milk comes in the small UHT portions (sealed plastic pouch) which are kept in the room fridge.

Nice and cosy place with a hidden kitchenette. Not walking distance to the shops/malls around but definitely walking distance to Burger King. A 15min drive to Westfield & Northland malls. Unfortunately, there isn't any lift so if you have heavy luggages, might wanna think about it. Free carpark for drivers. Won't mind coming back again :)

I enjoyed a three night stay. The room was very clean, warm and the bed was incredibly comfortable! In fact I slept through my checkout time on Saturday (in my defence I was still on Perth time)...very friendly and helpful people in reception (special thanks for printing out a last minute copy of a revised presentation). Nice location near the...

This place is tired and needs new carpets and furniture. We had two rooms both were dark and scruffy had we not paid up front we would have left. One room did not have a wardrobe the space was blocked up with a piece of gib board. Thank goodness the weather was good and we could get out and stay...

We were very puzzled by this review and really do wonder if this guest was staying elsewhere. Our entire hotel was recently re carpeted, we have replaced all beds /bases and bedside furniture in the last year. ALL our rooms have wardrobes! Our Housekeeping staff and Management are very proud of the consistently favourable reviews we receive about the standard...

Booked in for 1 nights stay for my lawyer on a business trip. We had him all checked in and we were all amazed at the level of cleanliness here. Very impressed. Starwberry fare which is on the door step and provides a restaurant and bar facility for the hotel is amazing also. Our dinner party were highly impressed!

We spent 3 nights at the hotel at the end of a month travelling around New Zealand. The garden studio was amazing the staff all very friendly and some went beyond the call of duty to help us, particularly Monica. The Strawberry Fare restaurant offered great food and yet again the staff were exceptional, the managers were superb, it was...

This hotel is just a bit off the city, it's nice and clean, the room has got a balcony and the bathroom is great, ad the kitchenette facilities are in the cupboard, which amused us a lot. However, although the rooms on the top floor are the best, there is no elevator.

We had just arrived with enough luggage for a three week stay. We booked for two nights and were given a room on the Second Floor. The staff were pleasant but clueless. the room had a nice bathroom they said, but with no lift, dragging two heavy suitcases and sundry stuff up 2 1/2 flights was not pleasant.

Very happy with accommodation . Our room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds.It was ensuite and had a bath and shower. The room has a small hideaway kitchen with full size fridge, microwave and tea/ coffee making facilities. It is located by a beautiful park. The hotel had a laundry which was great for us as we are travelling...
