We didn't get a chance to really enjoy this place as we arrived late at night and left very early in the morning to catch a flight. What we did see was a gorgeous house in a stunning location. Yuki was lovely and showed us to our room which instantly felt like home. There was bags of space and everything...

Thank you to Yuki for welcoming us into your beautiful B & B and helping us to arrange taxis, hire cars etc. We were very impressed with the standard of the service and the rooms. Such beautiful rose gardens surrounding the home. The beds were comfy, the rooms were heated, there was wifi connectivity and the shower pressure was great....

This place is fantastic. Luxurious room.smells good.quiet peaceful surroundings.lovely bed and linen.feels like a high end hotel. Nice relaxing breakfast too.Friendly family who were happy to print our boarding tickets and even dropped us at the airport for free. The fact that it is not in the centre is actually a bonus as christchurch is depressing and better to be...

We got in at midnight and the owner Yuki had left everything set up for us. The bedroom was very nice and clean, smelled great with comfortable pillows and mattress. There were coffee and tea making facilities outside the room and nice bathroom across the hall. Breakfast was good -- several types of cereal and breads, yogurt, fruit, eggs. Great...

Excellent B & B! My wife & I arrived in Christchurch on a late flight. The front door was left unlocked for us, with directions to our room. Everything in the house is spotlessly clean and modern. Breakfast was ample with lots of choice. We were able to use the laundry facilities and the proprietors took us to our camper...

The place is beautiful and near the airport but far from the city Centre. It is a lovely Band B place set in a castle like building with huge lawns and nature space. The rooms are good well appointed and kept meticulously clean. Delivers everything it promised and more. Just one complaint. We booked two rooms on booking.com but came...

This property was a nice surprise at the end of our NZ journey. We had mostly stayed in hotels, but we were looking for somewhere close to the airport, and were not able to find anywhere else that looked good. Location: This property is a 10 minute drive from the airport, and is also very close (driving distance) to parks,...

Shamrock Gardens is an easy 10 minute drive from Christchurch airport, set in beautiful rose-filled gardens away from the main road. Peaceful and calm, we stayed two nights in the "Lavender" room, which consists of a lounge, kitchen, double bedroom with a separate shower room (super powerful) and wc. The rooms are immaculately kept by Yuki and family, and the...

Shamrock Gardens is a lovely property. We spent three nights here while in Christchurch and were made to feel very welcome. Yuki is the perfect hostess, making sure that we had everything we needed. We were fortunate to have the ground floor suite with our own kitchen and private entrance, but had breakfast in the dining room with other guests....

We stayed here for a couple of nights. The host (surprisingly from China) was friendly and helpful and the room was really comfortable. The gardens around the house were really nice if you like flowers and trees
