We stayed six nights in this cosy and comfortable homestay with only one guestroom. The breakfast was excellent every day. We felt like home with the warmhearted and caring hospitality of Pam. The place is located central to the maintown but very calm.

B&B is perfectly located, with walking and bus access to Hagley Park, airport, Riccarton Bush and Westfield Mall. Pam provides the perfect quiet environment for recovery from the trip and orientation for a month touring South Island. Riccarton Farmers Market is 5 minutes walk on Saturday mornings. 5 minute walk to the bus for the airport or downtown. Breakfast is...

Thank you very much for writing such a nice review, I hope that you are enjoying running around your hills in Colorado, I think you did quite a bit more running here than just in the Park. It is great to see people enjoying being here.

I had a wonderful stay with Pam at Fendalton House. She made me feel very welcome and the room was warm, comfortable and full of thoughtful touches to make the stay something special. The breakfasts were delicious and made with produce from her own garden. Thanks for a lovely break!

Staying with Pam is like being welcomed home by your favourite aunt! She is very welcoming but not at all intrusive. Our room was lovely, spacious and well appointed. The chance to have a tipple of port or sherry in the evening was a nice touch. The en suite facilities are excellent. Pam's garden is delightful - colourful and cottage...

Decided to ditch the hotels and look for a more interesting place to stay for a 1 week business trip to Christchurch. Had a wonderful time, Pam was a great hostess and provided the most amazing breakfasts each morning. Pam would ask what I would like for breakfast the evening before and each breakfast was great. . The house is...

First place we stop when we land in NZ, The Second time we've stopped here, Pam's a great host, very helpful, always does a great breakfast, to start us off on our travels. Very quiet, only a short walk to shops, bars, and restaurants. Great food in the Fox & Ferret Bar!

I doubt you will find a more friendly, generous host anywhere else in NZ. We arrived from the Trans Alpine Express and were immediately invited to share a bottle of wine in Pam's delightful garden whilst we planned where to eat. As we were catching the 7am Coastal train the next morning we were expecting a basic continental breakfast but...

It was my first time in Christchurch on a work trip, I was very well looked after over the 6 nights that I was here. Pam was a very hospitable host and I even met her family on day one. The room was daily cleaned and the large bed was very comfortable. Every morning, I looked forward to a large...

Pam was very attentive from the start, she rang us to find out when we were arriving, and was very flexible as we were later than expected. She greeted us with chocolate brownies and a cup of tea, and showed us to our lovely room. The room had a comfy large bed and a clean and spacious ensuite. She recommended...
