A simple ,clean and very efficient place to stay in the centre of Wellington. Of course there are many beautiful boutique style hotels around, but this is modern, clean, unfussy. If you need a no hassle place to flop with no complications, then this is fine

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

This hotel was very well organised from start to finish. A staff member rang the day before to confirm our arrival and whilst i was unable to take the call he left a very welcoming voice message. We arrived direct from our international flight in the early our hours of the morning. Check in was fast and efficient and we...

Having a ridiculously long check-in line was a bad start. One clerk on duty. I finally got to the counter and checked in. Then I went to move the car and just got there in time to avoid a ticket as I had exceeded the 10 min wait time checking in. The room was ibis standard plain and functional but...

Centrally located location which is handy for short visit, just short walk to restaurants, cafes, shops and even harbor. We strolled to the harbor to visit the underground market on Saturday and the interesting Sunday market....very enjoyable The room is very generous with 2 double beds...

it was reliably easy to check in late in the evening having made all the arrangements. room was fine and the breakfast adequate if a bit 'traditional' and stodgy! there was a problem with the email check in loading on my device

Short stay here. Good hotel, but I thought that the room was tiny. There was no parking available for the car and had to use Wilsons at great additional expense. Order potato wedges at 4:00am and they we great. I could not eat them all because there was probably enough for 3 people. Helpful and friendly front desk. There is...

We visited this hotel for 2 nights. The staff were friendly, the room was laid out as a usual Ibis hotel. I was facing away from road into another building which was quiet (so that was great for me). The wifi absolutely ruined the stay as I needed wifi for work and even though contacted reception 3 times and even...

The rooms were modern and clean. The location is great. It just feels cramped. My booking was done by the agency and why they have two king sized beds into a small room is beyond me. In fairness I have never understood this configuration in a business hotel. Staff were great.

I stayed at The Ibis with work colleagues, and my husband (who I wok with) although it's not somewhere I would usually book myself because I prefer luxury hotels. But this is a great option if you're more of a budget traveller. It's located perfectly in the centre of Wellington city, and is clean and uncomplicated. I am an Accor...

This is an amazingly central position. Only 5 mins to TSB Arena, 10 mins to Te Papa, 10 mins to Cuba Mall, 3 minutes to Cable car and in downtown shopping area. We had no car so ideal. Rooms are fairly small but tidy and certainly adequate. Breakfast was very good and I wouldn't bother to go out for breakfast,...
