The lovely house is located on the hill at exclusive Oriental Bay. It's a wonderful footpath down the hill and along the beach to the city. The rooms are very clean and of great style. The breakfast is fresh and made with love. The perfect service helped us to have a fantastic time in Wellington. Thank you.

Lovely old Victorian house set up the hill, but we did not have a view as we were on the ground floor ... nice courtyard. Good basic room but I wouldn't class as luxury compared to other stays in NZ I'm afraid. However, amenable hosts, and helpful. Breakfast is taken upstairs so nice morning views over the harbour. Location is...

Almost too short a visit to give a good review, because we arrived late in the afternoon and had to leave almost before dawn to catch the morning ferry, so no review possible of breakfast... Comfortable beds, beautifully located (save some energy for the last climb before arriving!). 1 small remark: rattling door because of draft.

We stayed at this B&B for two nights at Wellington. Our family like it very much, four of us stayed in two rooms on the ground floor, shared the bathroom on the corridor. The house is very spacious with great sea view and very convenient location at Roseneath, which is one of the best neighborhoods in Wellington, and we can...

Within walking distance to town down a steep walkway and then along Oriental Bay Drive and for the less energetic a bus service stops around the corner. There are plenty of bars and restaurants but we took the advice from our hosts Janice & Brent and went to an excellent restaurant, the Vista on Oriental Bay Drive. Our room was light and...

A pretty twenty minute walk round oriental bay leads up to this beautiful B and B. Comfy cosy rooms with tasteful decor and views over the harbour. Would recommend to others and will be back I'm sure!

I stayed at the Carlton Gore Bed and Breakfast for four nights. Janice upgraded me to the nice view room with a wonderful ocean and Wellington skyline view. I loved the breakfast and my hosts were very helpful and welcoming.

The entire ground floor of this house has been converted into four (if I'm remembering correctly) rooms. Two have private baths. We were in the less expensive of these and we liked it quite a bit. The front of the room was all windows which let in a lot of light. The bathroom was small but serviceable. We also made...
