Visited for 1 night with the family and found the place to be well situated, clean, tidy, modern and run by friendly and helpful staff. The kitchen was well stocked with everything, even had a dishwasher. The apartment we stayed in was roomy and comfortable, there was beds for 5 without feeling cramped. Some of the units are wheelchair accessible....

We stayed at Pukekura for 2 nights and enjoyed every minute there. Hotel is just a few minutes drive from the city centre. Room is new and clean with modern decor. Bed is so comfortable that we would have stayed there all day if we could. Especially, hosts are so lovely, welcoming and helpful. Definitely stay here again if we...

Stayed one night as a couple. Easy check in. Host friendly and helpful. Excellent facilities and nicely decorated. Bed was comfortable and aircon/heat pump in the room. Free wifi was great. Also, it was nice that they compiled information for amenities/attractions information in the room. Would definitely stay again :)

Hosts were very welcoming and helpful, especially when one of us got sick. A late night request for information on medical assistance resulted in medication and advice being received from the owners wife. The property was also well placed for access to the Bowl of Brooklands. This was one of the best motels we have stayed in for many years.

Stayed here for two nights. Found the facilities and room to be very good. Our room was close to the main road south to Whanganui but this did not disturb out sleep at all. View of Mt Taranaki / Egmont can be seen from straight across the road. Handy if you are waiting for that cloudless peak shot.

Really lovely motel with the bonus of a fitness centre which has fantastic equipment. Friendly welcome by Fi. Our room was superb with beautiful fittings and toiletries; one can see a lot of money has been spent as everything is finished to the highest standard! Well located for the city. Would happily stay again!

Very clean room. Helpful hosts. Convenient location. Good air con. Fabulous shower! This is the best motel we have stayed at in New Plymouth. Others have been too hot or noisy but this one was really good.

Stayed here for a few days whilst working in the area. Booked through my company. And to be honest the best ive stayed in around this area. Had a Gym opposite my room and laundry, small seating outside every unit. A real comfy bed and self contained kitchen area, nice size bathroom all modern and good pressure in the shower/...

Used to stay here on a fortnightly basis until I had my third no hot water experience. However the owners are lovely and very hospitable. The Beds are the best. However the Rooms are small for the price. Busy road leaves you with traffic noises most of the night. 3/5

Thank you for your review Jay. Its a pity you had to leave your review until 10 months down the track as in March we put in a complete new hot water system and have had absolutely no problems since. We would welcome you to come back and stay for a lovely hot shower. Cheers Fi
