What a lovely place to stay! Great views of the volcano and at the north end of the lake - we didn't get any sulphur here! Chris and Dave are most welcoming and you feel at home straight away. It's great when you can sit down to breakfast with your hosts and other guests as well. You get to exchange...

Chris and Dave made us feel very welcome. We like our G & T in the evening and Chris made sure there were always lemons - from their wonderful tree - ready and waiting. We left a jacket in the wardrobe and when we called they did not hesitate to make sure it met up with us on a later...

We have had a marvelous time with Christine (Chris) and David (Dave). We have enjoyed a warm welcome, a nice room with a stunning view (spacious too), lovely breakfast and good company at the Fryer Road 144. We (2 adults and a 10 month old daughter) would definitely go back to stay upon our return to New Zealand.

Thanks so much Randy and Linda and of course little Sophie for your comments. It was a pleasure having you to stay in our home and also having that perfect little Sophie to cuddle. Makes me miss the chances I had with my own grandchildren. You are always most welcome back anytime.
