Very bad experience, dirty carpet walls - disgusting, old furniture and appliances with tears/ scratches that and not maintained. Very bad customer service. The kids hated it. We took 2 units and both in poor condition.

Very good location. Good value for money. Room was clean. Clean bedding and towels everyday. Private spa. Fair enough it is a little worn around the edges but if it wasn't it would be twice the price. A few small improvements would go a long way but if you're in Rotorua and only plan on sleeping and eating in the...

Roomy two story with outdoor spa in private setting. Very clean and comfortable for 5. Wifi was $10 for 24 hours. Great friendly front guest reception. Helpful with tourist tips and ideas. Quiet location and excellent spot to get to shops and restaurants. Great value for money.

By far the most revolting place I have ever stayed. Stains everywhere, and mould in the bathroom. The website stated there was sky. There wasn't. There was also meant to be a fridge. There wasn't. And a spa was also advertised. Not in our room. I bought up the fact there was no fridge, apparently our room didn't have one....

Had a great stay at Gwendoline Motel, Rotorua. It's on a Fenton St which is the main road out of Rotorua towards Taupo & Hamilton. Fenton St is lined with accommodation, you can't go wrong. Situated in walking distance to the Thermal Maori Village (Hot Springs) & a 10min drive to the Redwood Tree Forest & tree walk. You can...
