My boyfriend and I stayed there for one night during the queens birthday weekend. It was a highlight of our trip! We longed for a place to rest and relax and it is a perfect place for that. The room was very nice, home atmosphere, nicely decorated and spotless, exactly as what you see on the pictures! There's a private...

We really enjoyed our limited time in Rotorua and this was made even better with our stay at the delightful B&B at the Redwoods. We loved the delicious cooked breakfasts and Vivian provided the best information on places to visit and with discount!!! It was a home form home. We'll definitely return!!

We visited 9 months ago and stayed 2 nights at this quaint B&B with Vivian as our host. I'll break down this review into parts. Location: right next to the redwoods and a few minutes drive to rotorua city. Very convenient when needed, and yet perfectly located when you just need some serenity. Vivian has a wealth of information regarding...

Lovely B&B just outside of Rotorua's main city centre (5 minute drive) and right next door to the beautiful Redwoods forest, which is great for hiking, running, mountain biking. The room we had was large and comfortable, with access to the B&B garden. We also had use of the communal sitting room. Excellent wifi and on site parking. Vivian, the...

This is a sweet B&B in Rotorua and Vivien is a great hostess. She told us exactly what we should do with our limited time in the area and gave great recommendations. It's a very quiet part of town and easy to walk in the redwoods or take a quick drive into downtown Rotorua. We wished we had one more...

Vivien is a very kind host. She makes you feel right at home and helps you arrange anything: restaurants, transportation, activities. The rooms are spacious and the (shared) living area has a large dining table and a couch. The location is perfect. The Redwoods are just around the corner. An awesome and vast territory to walk, run or to mountain...

We had a marvelous stay with Vivien. She greeted us with late afternoon refreshments; wonderful after our long drive. She organized our evening at a Maori village which was lots of fun. Our accomodations were very comfortable. We especially enjoyed though, our conversations with her and other guests on a wide range of topics including current events. We would highly...

We really enjoyed our stay at this B&B. The room is a one of two on a converted ground floor of a house that is only about 5 minutes from the city center. Vivien was very helpful and attentive and provided everything we needed while there. Definitely a great place to stay.

My wife and I stayed 3 nights as part of a 4 week touring holiday in NZ. This B& B was up there with the best of all we stayed in. Vivien is an extremely welcoming host, serving a superb breakfast and giving us all sorts of helpful information about the town and the surrounding area. Our room was very...

I stayed at the B&B @ The Redwoods for 2 nights and had a great experience. Vivien was very accommodating and sat down with me upon arrival to help discuss some sightseeing options and booked a tour for me. Of all of the places I stayed during my New Zealand trip, I had one of the most personalized experiences here....
