Stayed there for two nights while I was in Napier. The room was clean, big and affordable with a little balcony facing the road. Although this place is not very fancy but I had a very comfortable stay and if you are looking for something affordable and clean, this is a good place to stay in.

This is a good budget hotel but beware the description of the deluxe pool facing room. Ours faced the road and looked out to the Warehouse roof. When queried I was assured I had the correct room and not all faced the pool.... so dont advertise this one as a pool facing room then? Also found the last persons bath scum ring in the bath when i had a shower. Thank goodness I hadnt opted to have a bath. This was cleaned the next day. Sorry I wont be back.

The motel has a great location and it's walking distance from restaurants and shops. It has quite a large carpark and an indoor heated pool (which we did not use). The room was ok, a bit small for 3 people perhaps but functional. Beds were average. The bathroom had a spa pool but we only used it to shower (shower over bath) and it could definitely do with better lighting...the 2 downlight were totally wrong positioned and not enough. The room was equipped with a heat pump and kitchenette (but we only used the fridge and the kettle). One thing we did not like is that the rooms are all along a sort of long balcony and the ceiling to floor windows and sliding door made it hard to get some privacy with people walking past to get to their rooms or the pool or going out. It would have made more sense to access the rooms from the back that had another door but solid and a balcony looking over the back street.

yep if it hadnt been for the few little things. well actually one was a biggie , the single bed in our room was old and boney, probably good for a small child but for an adult or teen terrible. the bath room didnt have an extractor fan or window to open so over the rainy days felt damp after showering and kinda smelled musty. other than those it was well equipt and clean if a little noisy at night.
