Great place room was big and plenty of room to move, spa bath was the higher light for me. Beds were comfy friendly faces close to town. Will be back would love to get a view next time would be worth the extra money. Only thing that could've been improved on was putting milk in fridge instead of asking if...

We spent two nights at the Beach Front. It's directly across the road from the beach and the views from the beach side rooms are wonderful. The city side rooms get a wonderful view of the sunset - some amazing colours in the clouds. Beach Front is walking distance from the town centre (shopping) and some fabulous restaurants. It's also...

We booked a apartment with two rooms, unfortunately there was no sound proofing and large air vents above the doors which let in noise and light. Really needs to be refurbished, beds rather uncomfortable and lots of wear and tear in general. On the plus side great location for town and bathroom and kitchen area very clean.

The rooms are spacious, ours was lovely, on the ground floor facing the sea with patio doors out to the front. The spa bath is massive! It is within walking distance to restaurants in the town centre.

Location of the motel is excellent and in easy walking distance to the city centre. The rooms are well appointed and organised, with quality linen and fixtures. The staff are friendly and helpful and our stay was excellent.

Stayed here for 2nights. Arrived before check-in, but didn't have to wait long for my room. Was on the ground floor which was lucky, as there are spiral staircases leading to upper floors and that's not good with a suitcase. Room was very large with a kitchenette that had everything you could possible need if you were cooking, bathroom with...

The view is good, the beach is actually across a very busy road. Road noise is loud but not bad at night. No AC so you have to leave the windows open thus increasing the noise. Room was average, fairly large. Location is very good but most along Marine Parade can say that. Not a bad Motel but not a...

The rooms at this motel are spacious, well equipped, clean and a real value, this is one of our favorite hotels not just in Napier, but also in New Zealand. The staff and service is excellent, a very pleasant stay in all respects. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great, this is a good motel for an extended stay....

This motel is about a ten minute walk from the centre of Napier. The room we had, on the top floor, over-looked the marine parade, and Hawks Bay, and was very well appointed. We kept our glass door open at night, and could hear the waves breaking on the shore, which lulled us to sleep - very nice - at...

Stayed here in two different rooms. The beach facing room was better, worth paying extra. The apartment style ones suck. Man at front desk was a bit odd to interact with. Wifi went in and out constantly
