The Studio Apartment was clean and spacious. It had a very well equipped kitchenette, dining table and chairs, desk and comfortable bed - everything we needed. No washing machine but free guest laundry. Close to bus terminus, supermarkets and restaurants. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

This lovely old building provided us with 2 nights accommodation, our room was on the first floor, I with a balcony so we enjoyed morning coffee watching Napier begin the day. it's location makes it handy to the city centre and esplanade, quiet and peaceful at night. having full cooking and laundry facilities gave us the opportunity of a home...

It is a great location and it is close to everything. You don't need to drive your car and there is a carpark next door. Can walk everywhere because it is close to everything. The wifi was good and the bed was comfortable. Staff helpful and there is a full facilities to be able to cook your meals.

The hotel was ideally situated in central Napier. Our room was very comfortable and very clean. We had access to a washing machine and dryer on the ground floor and we hadn't expected that. The standout for us was that nothing was too much trouble for the staff. They helped us in every way possible including offering to take our...

This well-run property is in a fabulous location in the picturesque Art Deco town of Napier. There were ~50 murals going up around Napier and four of the best are right around this restored Art Deco building (including one not-to-be-missed masterpiece on the back wall of the hotel itself). The rooms were comfortable and are well-equipped. Everything works and all...

One night stay in January 2017 for honeymoon. Ok, but glad it was only one night. Freshly decorated, but no curtains (blind only) and a free standing air contitioning unit that didn't have rpoper connections to place it out of the window properly. Wouldn't stay again unless on a budget.

We stayed in a 2 Bedroom apartment which had all our requirements, but having to pay for Parking and Wifi usage,is in my opinion an exorbitant extra. We have been on the North Island for 12 days and stayed in similar 2 Bedroom accommodation in Motels, where parking and wifi were included.

I regularly stay at Quest apartments all over the North Island when traveling for business. They are great for travelers, having a washing machine and dryer - but if you book a smaller room in the Napier Quest, you are out of luck: there is no washing machine or dryer. To their credit WiFi in the rooms is free. The...
