The reason for my 2 stars is based on the location otherwise this review would be 0/5. The people at reception were lovely but that's about it. The room was dated and stunk of cigarettes and mould. They'd left the windows open so maybe that was why. The shower leaked which resulted in a puddle on the floor and everything... More

The room is well appointed and pleasant. It is like all a no smoking hotel. But in the past it clearly was not. I don't think the curtains have been cleaned for many a year, and it's probably these that the smell clings to. Reasonable value for money.

Motel was full and in the middle of much goings on at rugby park, squash courts and so on, but the room was quiet, comfortable and clean. The car park outside the room was designated handicapped parking and we were not supposed to use it but the motel was full and there were no other car parking spaces? The window... More

Good points - 1 Litre of milk on arrival, spacious accomodation. Bad points. Dangerous chemicals left in low cupboard, Cockroaches on the wall, bathroom was mouldy, flooring was cracked, toilet seat was wobbly, shower was grimy and when you opened the shower door, it got caught on the shower mixer and turned off the water. ( I have seen public... More

The rooms are pretty standard but fairly dated. Functional and clean but nothing rave about. the bathroom tiles need to be updated however there was a very comfortable spa bath. There wasn't enough body wash in the shower (they have wall mounted bottles) The tv in the bedroom wasn't tuned so I didn't bother in the end. On the plus... More

Bad points : booked online for 3 people, with a spa, & cooking facilities, but on arrival... More

I arrived to find a Faulty Towers Manuel like character who was at the front desk ranting about parking of vehicles attending a nearby conference who were not booked in the hotel however they had made an arrangement with his son apparently. I was booked at the hotel and attending said conference. His attitiude was very rude and unhelpful. As... More

Convenient place to stay if you are visiting Hamilton or just passing through as we were. Booked Golf Package with 1 round at St Andrew's, good value and whole process was very easy. Nice clean room, well equipped, friendly staff.

Clean and decor tidy. However it does need to have some light bulbs replaced. easy to get down town and straight across from Waikaito Stadium so great for anyone wanting to have a group going to the rugby.
