The room was great, and the bed was comfy! We had a nice view of the city. The customer service was so good. The check in and the check out process was super quick. It was a Great experience over all!

The hotel has a good location near the Harbour and Sky Tower. Comfortable room equipped with a kitchen. The room on upper floors offer beautiful views. But on the lower floors are incredibly noisy. It seemed to me that my bed is directly on the highway. Only paid WiFi even in public places. Good for one or two nights.

The service was excellent and the location of this Hotel is great. Whilst I cannot fault the service, the cleanliness of the room was poor and did not represent value for money. There was also a lot of outside noise in the middle of the night - not the fault of the Hotel however.

We had a one-room suite, spacious, but no view. Bit of a problem was the hall/corridor to our room was being painted and the carpet was being pulled up, to be replaced. Inside the carpet had been replaced, but it still smelt of carpet glue, No mention was made on checking in on any of this. THIS COULD BE A...

Stayed overnight for business and found the room to be clean and tidy. Decent size although the shower is small. Very good water pressure in the shower though. Very firm bed and able to hear noise from hallway and doors opening, so sleep quality wasn't very good. Good central location.

I had a two night stay at the Hotel Grand Chancellor. Good location handy to waterfront, dining and shopping. Breakfast was basic 'continental' with different prices depending on what you had which was good if you were just having a bowl of cereal with no toast or pastries. Front of house staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and...

Had a great two days, excellent location. Stopped over when travelling from New Zealand to UK and was not sure about hotel. First time we have seen tourists taking pictures of the hotel we were staying at and tour guides mentioning the hotel as part of their tour. Would definitely stay here again if we ever came back.

This is a well situated hotel in downtown Auckland. The room was large, very comfortable and clean. Staff at checkin and checkout were very helpful. Oly drawback was there was no bar or dining room, but as a place to stay it was great. It was only 5 mins from the waterfront where there are plenty of places to eat...
