Rooms I thought were a little over priced, having said that they were clean and tidy, the food from the restaurant is resonably priced and of a good standard tasting great. Only draw back was the bar is not open long enough, but there is a bottle store across the road.

Thanks for your positive review. We feel pricing is appropriate for the central city but ultimately up to the market to decide. Thanks for the great restaurant feedback.

We stayed in both the economy and deluxe with en suite as management upgraded a night for free! For an extra $20 it's worth every cent. Lovely rooms, comfortable and very central. Parking is limited as its first come first serve. Other than that a great place!

Hotel location is excellent. People in reception are good and helpful. Rooms are cozy and room rent is not high compared to others available in the area. Toilets and wash rooms are clean. Stay in the hotel is recommended.

Stayed in an ensuite family room (two bedrooms, and a small ensuite bathroom, with shower) for one night. The rooms were basic, and small, but with everything you could possibly need. It was clean, and warm. The location was perfect - walking distance to town, and restaurants. For the price, and the location, this was perfect. Parking and wifi was...

I stayed in a single ensuite room for two nights. I've little to complain about. Service is cheery and good. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The room was small but it's clean and value for money. The dining room serves good food. I had my dinner and two brekkies there. There's also plenty of Asian restaurants just across the...

Thanks for your great review. We agree that those little things overlooked can make a difference so we do try to stay on top of those. Always helpful if guests mention them to reception as they're often east to put right.

I stayed for only one nite at this hotel after arriving at Auckland before travelling to Queenstown the next day. I had chosen this hotel for its reasonable room price, the convenience of using Skybus to & fro the airport and also the CityLink bus are also passing through this Queen Street. It is very easy to get the CityLink...

Good location, easy walking distance to harbour front, Aotea Centre & Auckland Domain park.Lots of shops & takeaways very nearby. Quiet as just off Queen's St. Airport shuttle bus stops directly outside. Room with en suite was smallish but well equipped with a comfy bed & great value for money. Had nice continental breakfast in restaurant. Staff welcoming & friendly.

The location is fantastic. Right near all the big expensive hotels in Auckland and easy walking distance to anywhere. We needed parking and this place had it included with our room. But the staff were also nice enough to let us keep the car there the next day for a few hours after checkout. The room we got was a...
