Stayed here in October 2012. Was given a top floor room with great views of K Road. Kitchen and bathroom full size and having a bedroom separate to the lounge area was great. Internet connection worked quickly. Hotel is only a block away from the bus stop for the airport bus. While I only stayed one night I could happily...

We stayed in a 2 bedroom Deluxe Apartment which had plenty of space for the four of us. Two bathrooms was an added bonus considering we had 4 girls getting ready to go out! Check in and out went smooth but the lone receptionist could have done with some help - he was very busy. The room had everything that...

This hotel is excellent value for money! Very clean, spacious and our 2 br apartment was great! Plenty of eateries in nearby K-Road. Bus stop outside to take you into the heart of Auckland city. Check-out is 11am and we were given a late check-out of 12 midday with no hassles whatsoever. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Though the Chatham hotel is certainly not a bad hotel, we were disappointed by it. The executive 2 bedroom suite we booked was ok, but the livingroom/kitchen space was basic and the couch was not very clean. Beds were ok, through it had two matresses instead of one queen. Rather annoying! The cleaning was bad, we stayed 2 nights and...

We stayed here as a group of 8 for a hen's weekend. With an early bird special it was very reasonably priced. We got 2 2x bedroom apartments and both had 2 single beds in each room (requested). Great location, heaps of eateries nearby, a short bus or taxi to the viaduct or a 20ish minute walk down the hill....

Thank you for your feedback! As you have mentioned we are located close to eateries and to transport eg bus stops. As our property is located in the CBD city street noise is a factor. I do hope the Hens night was a success. Regards Franz and Team

Stayed 4 nights on a surprise weekend getaway for my Partner. I did a lot of research on apartments prior to booking and location was an important factor as well as the comfort of an apartment rather than a 1 room hotel. The staff were really lovely and very helpful at all times - when there wasn't a hair dryer...

The Chatham is located near K road the local red light district that has recently lost some of its edgyness. That said some of the top hotels are in the vicinity. I stayed in a corner room on the fifth floor looking toward the city centre. The room was spacious and well appointed with a full kitchen and washing machine....

Unfortunately my family and I spent a night at the Chatham, Auckland - it appeared to be good especially for a 2 bedroom apartment but when we hopped into the beds found them to be king singles with no joining piece between and no mattress protector. Stayed for 3 nights in a 2 bedroom suite.
