Easy to walk to main city area. Plenty of convenient stores next to the accomodation. It can be a bit noisy as it is close to the main road. The bed is a bit too soft. Nothing exciting. However it is an easy to get to accomodation. And very affordable too.

We signed up for a studio apartment. I guess the studios are all located in the basement. It was quite toasty at night. The room was clean but small The location is good but not great. The person at the front desk was helpful.

The rooms were tired, tv old with the remote so worn you could not see the buttons. The biggest downfall was that the room is not air conditioned. Only a fan provided, which can be a challenge during a humid Auckland summer. The staff are friendly and the location is pretty good. The bed was comfortable also. Not the usual...

Cons - The couch was quite worn and I wasn't confident it was very clean. There were several air conditioning units in the alley below my room which were quite noisy but I always pack ear plugs so I dozed ok throughout the night. The city noise is quite loud too. I think if you asked for street side you...

We were allocated a room on the lower ground floor which gave me a sense of foreboding as I left the reception desk - anything lower than reception can't be good! We overlooked the car park next door! I guess if I am honest it was OK but I was very disappointed. Like somebody else said - long term student...

The photos didn't prepare me for the size of the apartment. Smallest lounge area (not room) so relaxing was difficult. Definitely a sleep-only proposition for four adults. Beds were comfortable but just enough room in both for an adult to squeeze (side on) around the other side of the bed. No eating area for four adults either however kitchen was...

Car park is off site and expensive...and terrifying if you are in a large car. The whole building smelt of curry. There was no airconditioning in the rooms, (only pedastle fans half of which were broken) which meant the room was very hot and stuffy. The rooms were mostly clean although we found a used towel hanging on the back...

The apartment we stayed in was for my partner and I. We had a room with a kitchenette and a shower and toilet etc. we only got 1 towel each and stayed 2 nights so I think they should give you more than one in the apartment. A few things did not work in the room for example: the tv...

When we left 2 days later we had a short walk down the hill to the main bus stop on Queens street...just turn...
