Ideal location, however management's disregard for guests quickly became apparent, with renovations taking place overhead, had no concessions or notification, but for the rude awakening in the mornings of banging and sawing, which would cease in the evening only for rowdy guests, to break the silent. Parking is a joke with staff vehicles and work vehicles taking up the limited...

Good location for the free buses into town and brilliant that it has free parking! Friendly helpful staff, free WIFI.. just ask for the code. Little pool for a cool down. All in all a great place for the price in Perth and not too far to walk back from the city if the free buses have finished. Which they...

We have just spent a week here while my husband was in hospital. The free parking is brilliant and free Cat buses readily available. The pool is very well kept and perfect for a refreshing dip. The bed is very comfortable with lots of good pillows. The room is spacious and clean with enough kitchen equipment and a microwave. The...

No complaints at all, rooms were clean and comfortable. Close to the Royal if you want a pub. We ate at the restaurant on site and the service was exceptional. When we flew back in from overseas the late night check in was easy. For the price you pay (which is good) you can't complain

Room was a great size very neat and tidy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Located very close to free city cats into the Perth CBD and a great park across the road. It was easy to find and has locked off street parking. Has a great restaurant if you don't feel like going out for dinner and they also offer...

Decent twin room. Clean. The cleaning staff were nice. Good if you just want a bed for the night. Walls a bit thin though as we could hear our neighbours and their conversations. The restaurant attached to the motel is poor. Advertised $13.90 meals on Monday and Tuesday's but was only the case for two of the meals it turns...

I was a bit apprehensive when booking this motel (yeah, the name suggested so), but it turned out to be a rather comfortable stay. The booking information was clearly noted and I made prior contact with the motel prior to my arrival. The reception opens until 9pm so you should get in touch if you are arriving later than that....

It's been two years now that I come to the baileys motel everytime I need to stay over in Perth. The rooms are great, its close from the city and the Italian restaurant next is delicious. However I always noticed a lack of smile at the reception. That was before I checked-in with Jamil on my two last stays. Jamil...

We stayed for two nights at a reduced price. This is a two story complex and we were lucky enough to get on the ground floor. Rooms were clean and tidy, reasonably spacious but just average. There is a restuarant attached but they work completely separate. Probably would go back
