Room is basic, but met our needs. Good value for money. Friendly staff, very helpful. Onsite parking, restaurant, close to city. Will stay here next time. Noisy at weekend night due to other guests passing by out room, maybe due to poor insulation.

Yes, the rooms are small and basic, but the other advantages of this little European-style hotel more than compensate for that. The staff is very nice, and so is the ambiance -- relaxed and friendly. The food is very good and the location is great. It's a short walk from downtown, but across from a lovely park. We would gladly...

Hired a car at the airport, the route was straight forward if a little awkward close to the hotel. Parking ok. Family run hotel had a good feel about it, enjoyed the restaurant. In hindsight we could have had a taxi from and to the airport. It suited our purpose perfectly, as we wanted to orientate ourselves after a very...

The hotel is located on a dual carriageway, and initially I had a little trouble locating the building because my sat nav kept forcing me to do U turns! In the end I worked it out, and access to the hotel is straightforward. I was staying only one night, and had made my booking through Qantas. I managed to park...

This hotel is situated in a fairly good central spot, however, it is sadly in need of an overhaul. The rooms are stuffy, and very out dated. The airconditioners are very noisy, as is the road if your room is next to it. Onsite parking is a plus. Friendly staff, who are happy to help.

The facilities are very basic, but this is a comfortable hotel. There is a bus stop right outside which goes to the CBD (for free). Staff were friendly and very helpful, and they even let us check in an hour early!

I last stayed in this hotel nearly 20 years ago. Having to be in Perth for an appointment, this hotel was the closest to my eventual destination. Nestled at the base of the hill upon which Kings Park is located this hotel is on the edge of Perth CBD. Although it is small it could be an ideal base for...

A lovely friendly hotel, on the outskirts of Perth with the bonus of a bus stop for the local free community transport, just yards from the front door. Rooms were very clean and adequate for our four-day stay from the 13th to 17th October 2014. We stayed room only basis but I would recommend booking B&B as we found it...
