Our first impressions were not good, the front door was part boarded up and one of the two lifts were not working. Our room was big and clean but dated. There is a plaque in the hotel saying it was built in 1970, and probably not had a lot done to it since then. There is a seating area outside...

This hotel was opened in 1970 and hasn't been refurbished since. But you get what you pay for. At $150 per night I can't complain. The rooms were clean and functional. Very close to Perth business district. As an added bonus the bar in the lobby offers very good, well priced food.

This hotel is not 4 stars. It is very outdated and run down. only 1 lift was operational due to modernisation (since July 2016, as far as I can see the review complaints dating back). The lift that was operational had a gross smell about it, as did the hall ways. Upon entering our room, i was even more upset...

Value for money, right in the heart of Perth CBD. Easy to walk to city and surrounding areas. Room well equipped with TV,kettle, tea coffee and toiletries. Kind helpful smiling staff. Rooms kept very clean. Bar and restaurant onsite, but did not eat so can't comment on food. Very quiet whilst we there as slightly out of season. Friday night...

I tried this sorry place twice because I couldn't believe how bad it was the first time. I had a "fusion salad" that was utterly appalling, like a zucchini and egg cow pat smothered in warm lettuce and huge lumps of horrible pig bits. The second time I went for a burger, it was awful too. The only saving grace...

A fairly modern hotel with acceptable amenities but with a superb location. Just a tip to prepare for a AUD100 security deposit per night when you check-in, even though your booking has already been paid for on full. This put a huge damper on our arrival. By comparison our 5-star hotel in Scarborough only required an AUD1 deposit. Plus only...
