Nice hotel within walking distance for everything you want to experience in Perth. Breakfast buffet was good. Dinner was ok. Air conditioning in rooms but was not working as well as it could have. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

I stayed there for 2 nights in a spacious single room with a double bed, a good desk, a small table, chairs, a bath and a shower. The rooms were not very sound-proofed and that was the only complaint I had. I had a very...More

Very average hotel with no wow factor whatsoever:
- Location is great.

Stayed here for 2 weeks when on a 3 week business trip.
The hotel was lovely and clean and right in the middle of the Perth CBD. Close to all the shops and restaurants.
The restaurant was really good if a little expensive.

There are several handy car parks close by. I would suggest the Convention Centre which is just a few minutes from the hotel. There are also a couple of Wilson Carparks- St George’s Square is the closest. Just minutes away from the Parmelia and you can book-a-bay on-line. Don’t risk parking in the street as I see cars regularly being towed away.
