We had a 2 night stay at the Murray at the start of our holiday. From the word go Kay made us feel right at home. The room was spacious and clean with a TV, fridge and kettle. Free wifi and the addition of a computer screen to use in the bar area. Breakfast was good and most welcome. Free... More

We were just staying for a night and did not paid much effort sourcing for a nice place. We were thankful we booked Murray. Realised Murray just had a make over and it simply looks clean, neat and cosy. The location is great, with the CAT shuttle service just at its door step. Staff were friendly and helpful. Visited Perth to go to a wedding nearby in Shenton Park, the hotel was undergoing renovations but we found the rooms to be spacious, good free car parking and an excellent continental breakfast. Very close to the children's hospital and Kings Park, good beds, clean rooms and very good for a family to sleep in 1 room

CBD location albeit in the western end, but there's a bus stop right in front and the Yellow CAT line bus goes into city centre in minutes, for free! Room was well stocked and equipped, and most importantly clean. Manager (English lady i think) was very cheerful, and helpful at the same time. Complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus, doesn't... Couldn't be more happier about the cost quality and location of this hotel, close to the city and Subiaco. Plenty of footy fan base themselves here, just for the location close to Footy oval ( Pattison Stadium). This hotel modestly price, definitely in the above average grade of hotel for city location. I will be back...we stay for the Julia... More

Stayed there one night as we had our grandson in PMH. The manager could not of been more accomodating or helpful. She was wonderful. We were "tag teaming" back and forth to the hospital she even gave us extra towels for "MUm to have a shower even though she was not booked in there. Wonderful customer service that is very... More

Dated and tired decor with out dated noisy air conditioning units in each room. Very basic rooms. Very basic restaurant which only serves meals to 8.00pm. On the flip side, very clean hotel and friendly staff.

Thanks for your review. Thank you for appreciating our very clean hotel and friendly staff. We agree that the building is out-dated and the air-conditioning units are noisy so we are currently undergoing major renovations and replacing all the air-con units. Please come again soon when we are smartened up! More

Great location for a night at the football being only 800m from Domain Stadium and the Subiaco night life. Room was clean and very comfortable, and with breakfast included made it great value for money.

Very basic hotel, tiny bathroom but very comfortable and fantastic bed; best night's sleep! Location was great for footy at Subiaco as it was only a 10-minute walk. Also handy if you hire a car as they have free car parking, unlike hotels in the centre of town

Room was clean and tidy, however we didn't feel we got value for money. Location was handy for the football. We were told that there should be plenty of parking but when we got there car park was full. We didn't stay for breakfast the next morning so can't comment on what it was like. Pool area was fenced off... More

Thank you for staying with us and yes it is the perfect location to go to the Footy, When you stayed we were having major plumbing work done as part of our big renovation works, we planned this as a winter job as the pool is not used in winter and we apologise for your inconvenience. More

The Murray Hotel is the smallest, family run 3 1/2 star property in Perth with excellent customer service and a "home away from home" vibe.
