The location was good - close to Flinders Station as well as Southern Cross. Room was fine. Good value for Melbourne. Stayed in hotel two nights on our way to move to Melbourne. Some great restaurants around the corner.

Lovely apartment style hotel so close to tram stops, it made going anywhere in Melbourne with our young kids very easy. Easy to load and unload a family into a taxi without disrupting traffic. Would definitely stay here again the next time we visit.

We found the staff friendly and welcoming. Daily room service was great, apartment was clean and fresh. Brilliant location for getting around the CBD especially with the free city tram service. Little noisy - but bearable.

We greatly appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, the impeccable cleanliness of rooms and general areas, and the central location of the hotel to the delights of Melbourne CBD. With so many free CBD trams coming down Flinders and Spencer around the corner we didn't really need a Myki card, and either rode or walked wherever we chose. The rooms...

Great location and large rooms. Great for kids. We had a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment and love the location (near tram stop, CBD area, shops etc. Café Keyif next door is also very handy for coffees and dinners (with young kids, can bring food back to the room and/or take leftovers).

Happy to stay here again. It's nothing to rave about but it's clean, friendly and in a handy location. The room was bright, big enough and comfortable. I'm not sure I'd be happy to pay more for it and parking is too expensive.

The property is old and tired and in the rougher part of Melbourne. Its only saving grace is that it is close to the convention centre with a 10 minute walk. Beware of the railway noise and people shouting in the street at night

This hotel is in a good location but if you are placed in a room on level 2. Ask to be moved. Rooms are too close to the street. Noise level st night was awful My husband and I had no sleep. These rooms should be at a cheaper rate

My friend and I visited Melbourne for a few days to spend time in Melbourne City. This Adina property is on the city free tram line and walking distance to the Flinders Street Train Station. We had a one bedroom apartment with twin beds. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with a neat, well equiped kitchen. Don't expect a view...

Staying in Central Business District

Neighbourhood Profile
Central Business District
Full of discovery and delight, Melbourne’s laneways tease the imagination long after you’ve put your weary feet up to rest. They weave through the heart of the city: cafes, bars, restaurants and boutiques, throbbing with conversation and espresso coffee. You never quite know what you’ll find around the next corner: cobblestone alleys, old beer barrel hoists and even vats of simmering organic soup. There is the air of Berlin in the street art, a touch of Paris in the umbrella-shaded cafes and, reminiscent of Rome, eateries tucked away in the most unlikely of places. Perhaps you might want a break and cross the Yarra River to Southbank - walk along the promenade, bask in the sun at a waterside bar and decide whether to go to the nearby casino or book a ticket at the Melbourne theatre company.
